Nicole is an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association clinically certified speech language pathologist. Licensed by the state of Texas, Nicole has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders across the life-span. Nicole works with clients of all ages, including those with speech and language delays, articulation challenges, stuttering, and AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) use. In addition to her work with children, she has extensive experience evaluating and treating adults with neurogenic disorders, helping them with effective communication and swallowing skills. Nicole is a neurodivergent affirming therapist with a focus on Gestalt Language Processing and Natural Language Acquisition. Balanced Speech Therapy is currently an out-of-network provider and private pay only. All major credit cards and HSA accounts are accepted. Upon request, Superbills can be provided to submit to insurance for potential partial reimbursement .
